I am getting an error message when I try it and I'm not sure if it's user error or the direct extract method no longer works with the files in Sims3. I would extract directly from the WinRAR app into my designated folder, which is much quicker and less work for those of use with the Lazy trait. Clicking 'Download', you will be redirected to the original source to download and know more about this creation. Click File\Save As, type 'resource.cfg' in file name AND choose save as type is 'ALL FILES' not '.txt' and navigate to where it's belong, click 'Save' Overwrite if needed If you clicked on a link to download the cfg file just save it, probably your computer is set to open. However, in Sims2 I used to not save, cut, and paste my download files. This is a Recommended Creation: SimsFinds works recommeding links of public creations shared on the internet. But, I have a couple of questions so I can better understand how this works, if you don't mind.ġ) I only need ONE "package.cfg" file in my Sims3 folder? I don't need one for each download, right? (And the subfoldering code from Canoodle's updated post goes in there, as is with the asterisks?
